Paying attention to the details in an integral part of the manufacturing process. That’s why we are currently recruiting for a detailed-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer II to join our team.
What you will do in the position:
Implement continuous improvement ideas using Lean methods and tools to maximize efficiency and quality
Create or update Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
Train operators on manufacturing equipment and best practices
Monitor manufacturing processes data collection to prepare for analysis
Create and modify machine programs for all automated equipment
Implement, maintain and repair new and existing manufacturing equipment
What you will need to succeed in this position:
Understanding of IPC-A-610 Class II & III as well as J-STD-001 Standards
Experience with Lead-Free SMT and TH processes and programming; Panasonic preferred
Ability to follow quality processes
3+ years experience in a related field
High School Diploma – Required
BA or BS (college graduate in a related field) – Preferred
Technical Certification – Preferred
Pay Range: $75,000.00 – $100,300.00 per annum. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role.
